My watch won't sync with my cell...LG-V20

I called customer service for some help. 

I couldn't connect it to my cell, laptop (Samsung tab A) now my laptop (windows 😎

Does anyone know if Fitbit will add my cell so it can sync or should I return it and go back to Garmin

Unfortunately Fibit wont say what phones etc they are working on. You just have to leel an eye on the Supported Devices List
