what do u do if it’s over heating and the sensor won’t turn off

The first thing to try, @Xtine04 , is a restart. Press and hold the button for 10 seconds or more until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen, and then release the button. You may have to try this a couple times. If this does not help, you may have to contact Fitbit Support
