Hey , please I need your help when I restart my Fitbit to factory after I turn on its show me data not cleared sync try again . Please help me and I didn’t have the my watch in the app

@Sam911 - If I understand you correctly, you do not have your Versa 2 set up in the Fitbit app on your phone. And you keep doing a factory reset, which is telling you to sync. In this case, your Versa 2 cannot sync because it has not been set up. In order to sync, you need to install the Fitbit app on your phone. From there, tap Account > Set Up a Device. Once you do this, your Versa 2 should sync. There should be no need to do a factory reset.
