Honor 8X stopped syncing with Versa

I was previously using my Versa with a Samsung phone. Mid last month I changed my phone to an Honor 8X. I was able to setup and pair the Versa with the Honor 8X and it was working fine. Lately I noticed that the Versa was no longer syncing. Last sync was Nov. 1. I thought that the Versa could be defective but it paired fine and synced properly with my old samsung phone. When I try pairing it back with the Honor 8X it would no longer do so. Is there any fix for this?

Hey @den2rey, let me give you a warm welcome to the Community! I'm afraid my friend that, this phone model, the Huawei Honor 8X isn't on the list of compatible devices list, so I can't guarantee that you won't experience syncing issues with and your Versa. With your Samsung phone you aren't getting these issues because probably is compatible. However, you can try the tips in this help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? And your Versa might sync. Just keep in mind that I can't guarantee that it'll work.

Not helpful at all!! Your qualified android device list is a pretty short one. You should have marketed your product with a big fat warning that it will only work with selected devices! I I should have bought something else.

I've got same problema with an Ionic that is not working with my New Honor 8x.

Welcome aboard @FERPO79! As I have mentioned above my friend, since this phone model is not on the compatible devices list, is highly unlikely that it'll sync with your Fitbit Versa. However you can take a look at the troubleshooting in this help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? They might help you out.

Hey @eclipsenn, I hope you are doin' fine! This phone model, the Huawei Honor 8X, has not been released as a compatible device yet, so I'm afraid that I can't guarantee that you'll be able to set up, sync and get notifications and GPS data without inconveniences. To be completely honest with you, we have no updates about when is gonna be compatible.
