Since the versa app update my versa has stopped working and is not syncing to WIFI and as a result is not syncing to my phone. The manual reset is not working and the support team suggested this is something to do with the software update. After 2 hours talking with support this is still not working and my phone won't turn on. Any ideas or anyone experiencing this as well?
