Hourly Activity not updating on App

My Versa Fitbit shows that I achieved my 10 of 10 hours today, but on the app it only shows I achieved 1 of 10. I looked back on the previous weeks and it shows 0 of 10 hours. I walk everywhere for my job, so I know I achieve 10 of 10 every day. Why is this not updating on my app?

Hey @SunsetRunner, let me give you a warm welcome to the Community! If the hourly steps on your Versa don't match with those on the Fitbit app, I suggest you to log out/log in to your Fitbit account; restart your Versa and then manually sync it. That should refresh the Fitbit app and all of the data on your watch should be syncing fine.

@Fitbit Mine is having the same issue. I reset the versa, deleted the app and downloaded it again. It has not fixed the issue.

My versa is not syncing ,my hourly activity.  I have restarted my device, logged out and logged back in, and also reinstalled app.  How can I get the hourly activity to sync?

Mine is not updating either and the sleep has not been updating. Restarted, logged out and back in, and deleted and reinstalled the app.

I appreciate you have taken the time to report this as well. As mentioned earlier, our team is currently aware of this situation and is working to find a solution. In the meantime, please restart your Versa by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen and sync it again.

I am also having this problem. The versa shows my hourly activity but won't sync to app. Restarted versa, signed out of app, nothing. And it deleted the data for the last week now! Additionally, it has been intermittently deleting active minutes. I'm pretty unhappy right now as my watch is less than a year old.

I am having the same issues with my Versa and have had it only 7 months. It is no longer showing any of my activity. I have restarted many times. Bluetooth is no longer pairing with it either.

I am having the same issue my versa is only 6 months old I’ve done all the usual uninstalled the app reset my watch etc nothing has changed

I am also experiencing this issue. I had to do a factory reset on my phone yesterday morning, and ever since it is not syncing.
