Hello I have a Versa Special Edition running on a Samsung 8+. The Fitbit app just updated, but I have the same old dashboard. What gives?

Your app has to be at a minimum level to get the new design app but you also have to wait until the new design is rolled out to you as it is being released in stages. It sounds like you are still in the queue.

It sounds to me that your app is up to date and ready to receive the new design but you are still waiting for the new design to be rolled out to you. Nothing you can do but wait for it to arrive.
