I have had my versa for almost a year and the battery has been great - lasting quite a few days, and I wear it all the time. In the last couple of days the battery isn’t lasting for even 12 hours. It has happened suddenly. I have come on holiday but surely it can’t be because I’m in a different country! As I have been abroad with it a couple of times since having it and not experienced this. My guarantee will be running out soon so any help would be appreciated!! UPDATE. Battery has lasted approx 6 hours today! Not happy! 😡

I am having the same problem. I have also had my Versa for a year and it will no longer hold a charge. The charge used to be for several days
That is no longer the fact. I live in the States and have not traveled internationally.

Hi, it is so annoying! I live in the U.K. and have come on holiday to the Greek islands and it’s started dying very quickly - 6 hours approx today! Must be a coincidence happening while away. 😡🥴

How long have you had yours? Has it happened all of a sudden? Mine was lasting about 4 days maybe a bit more until I came on holiday a couple of days ago and today it’s lasted 6 hours! 🥴😡

Have the same problem. Just a few days ago, my Versa would not hold a charge for even 12 hours after having no problems for a year(4-5 days on a charge). 2 days ago, it died. Won't charge or turn on. usb outlet is okay, works with phone and tablet. Guessing that I'm out of luck, though. Unlike you guys, mine is 13 or so months old.

I have been having this issue for about 3 weeks. I have been reading through some other post. There are a few out there regarding the same issue. I think some people have been working with customer service attempting to work it out.

I have had my Versa for over 2 years.

I've had my Versa for under a year and it's worked absolutely great up until last night when it lost all of its charge all of a suddena and now it wont charge, turn on or anything else. It does however show me the battery level 0%.
