Hourly steps not synching

My Versa shows I’ve done 13 hours active, but the app is missing the first two hours. This has happened before, but fixed itself. Today it’s not fixing itself. This is getting to be ridiculous!!!

Hi, for certainty: did you enable hourly reminders in your Fitbit app? Click in the dashboard of your Fitbit app on the watch icon on top of the screen on the right side. when you see the new page, scroll down to "General" and right underneath Notifications, you will see "Reminder to move". Press this and see if it's enabled. If this is enabled, try the following:

1. Make sure you have the latest version of Fitbit on you phone.

2. If that's the case, before going to the following steps, do not remove or unpair your Versa from the Fitbit app.

3. Deinstall the Fitbit app

4. Restart your phone and enable BT.

5. Reinstall the Fitbit app

6. Sync your Versa with your phone's Fitbit app and see if this problem is solved.

7. Before syncing, for certainty also restart you Versa.

My Versa says I have 8 of 8 hours where I met my step goal but my app will not show that. I restarted my versa. I’ve uninstalled the app and reinstalled. I’ve turned off and on the Bluetooth but the app still isn’t telling me exactly what my versa shows. It’s also not updating my calories/target

I’ve done all that. It still won’t fix it!
