Hours active

My Versa shows 9 hours active today, but the dashboard on the app only says 6 of 9.

Try tapping that tile on your dashboard.  It often doesn't update completely until you enter the tile; maybe even have to back out and enter again.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

I did that. I also made sure the app was updated and opened and closed it.

This happened to me the other day, too.   I logged 17K steps for the day but it only shows I was active for 2 hours.  The app and dashboard do not show my hourly active for that day.

Which Fitbit do you have? I have the Versa, but I used to have a Charge 2.
The Versa doesn’t track steps as accurately as the Charge 2.

I have the Versa but had the Fitbit One for several years.  Given the issues with tracking steps / activity this week, I am really tempted to look for another product.  FitBit One was great, but I'm frustrated with the versa.
