Hi,

I purchased a Fitbit Versa from Argos just over a month ago. I've persisted with it. It doesn't pick up my sleep pattern also my runs quiet often are short and I find that frustrating. Because I have worn it Argos won't take back. I have my box receipt everything. Can you refund me?

Thanks for help.

Hey @Marylou5, great to see you here. @SteveH and @Rich_Laue thanks for the input.

I just want to let you know that I have moved your post from the Blaze board to the Versa board, since I think that here you will be able to see more related topics about the Versa.

Now regarding your inquiry, here you will be able to see Fitbit warranty. If you purchased a Fitbit from a retailer, you need to follow the retailer's warranty policy.

I hope this helps, let me know the outcome. Smiley Happy

You might do better to ask Argos again for a refund. Fitbit's warranty terms offer a replacement for defective products but not a refund.

Now if it is defective, then Fitbits warranty will cover it.

Argos won't return after 30 days and won't get in touch with you. Said I have to. I phoned  customer support but woman online started speaking foreign language then it was very difficult to communicate with her. She has now told me since my phone is huawei p20 pro  It's not compatible  Surely fitbit should advise of this before purchase. So  basically I've paid £220 for an expensive watch. It tracks my mileage on run approx. But won't pick up gps on phone. Advisor said to restart watch I did that but still no joy.  I'm not happy 😔

Just throwing it out there, but Fitbit does have a "List Of Supported Devices" people can consult to see which devices are compatible. It's not a complete list, as its always being updated, but it would serve as a starting point.

Yeh that's good 'after' you've purchased watch but should have a warning on the box it's not compatible with all devices especially new ones. And when you think the versa is new bit weird it hasn't been updated to accept new phones. But thanks for reply.

Same just happened to me. I paid all that money and wasn't told that I had to have a compatible phone. Never ever will I buy Fitbit again so disappointed and angry.  And looking on here doesn't look like they work properly with many phones.

Yeh. I used the versa for good while. Had to change my phone. Joke. But then they did update, and it can't connect or log anything. Someone advised do restart. I did and its crashed went blank. Nothing. Complete waste of money. Never ever buy a fitbit again. Its terrible.
