Had to replace my Fitbit versa yesterday as the Bluetooth wasn’t working to discover on my new one

that the only notifications I could get were from twitter? On my old one I could get notifications from messenger, WhatsApp, Facebook has something changed? I mainly use my Fitbit for this purpose now I’m just considering buying an Apple Watch I’m on my third versa in 8 months

Hello @PhillippaC, welcome to the Fitbit Community forums. Sorry for the late reply. 

 

Thank you for sharing this information about what you've been experiencing with your Versa and the notifications. You should be able to receive notifications from other apps as well, not just from Twitter.  

 

Before considering other options, please try to disable the notifications completely and then set them up again following these steps. This has been useful for other users experiencing something similar. 

 

Also, be sure to check if the mobile device you're using is listed here as a compatible device with the Fitbit app.
