Hello!
I just got a Fitbit Versa. I thought I was tech savvy but I'm stumped. I don't understand why none of the apps listed in the Fitbit app (the apps you can put on your device) all say they do not support the apps. I can't even add a clock face! So, now I have a $200 something that doesn't do anything? I'm really confused and frustrated. I've been working on it for over an hour and zero apps are compatible. I have Samsung Galaxy 8+. I can't figure out how to get anything to work! Aarrgh! Can anyone help? Thank you!

Which phone is the app on, so we know which of the 4 possible Fitbit app versions we are referring to?
Of hand it makes no Spence and im not sure if i understand. Could we get a screenshot?

I would like to know if you keep having issues downloading apps to your Versa? I recommend taking a look at the How do I install and manage apps on my Fitbit watch? help article and follow the instructions provide there. Also, can you provide me with some screenshots of the app you want to download?
