How can I contact support about a problem with my versa 2 ? I do not have a Twitter account and have no desire to sign up for one . Also I am in Germany and seriously do not want to phone a USA nr !

Hi @Philippritchard did you go to the German forums yet? I'm not sure if there is a number to call in Germany, but there should be the online chat. I've asked a moderator to stop by to assist. What's going on with your Versa 2?

Hi , yeah my versa 2 does not record my sleep anymore , I’ve been having to enter my sleep patterns manually, I’ve tried troubleshooting by switching to sensitive but still no joy .and The GPS is intermittent, most times it doesn’t pick up a signal which is annoying when I want to record my run or hike , I have emailed Fitbit but it will take a couple of days I guess for a reply
