Hey @Cynsmb8, welcome to the Community and @Rich_Laue thanks for stopping by.

I am glad to see here that our friend replied you. Are you still having issues with your Versa wristband? Were you able to put it on?

Hope to hear from you soon. Smiley Wink

The wristband is terribly designed and is very difficult to lock into place. Anytime I can get it to connect is purely by accident.

Contrary to what I have read, the wristband is not a slide mechanism on both ends. You slide the non pin end first then position the band at around 70 or 80 degree angle to the watch, pull to the side on the pin and just insert (not slide). It should just click into place.

It took me a long time to get to that realization. It's badly designed as compared to ionic which just clicks in.

Unlike the Blaze band the Versa has less margin for error while inserting. I find the angle the band is at will affect the ease of getting the pin insearted into their holes.

Always please give a slight tug o the band to insure proper attachment.

It was difficult! I finally got it attached to figure d I did it
backwards...so, I just wear it so the face is tight and attached
backwards. Works for me!

I agree. The angle is the key. Not one official document mentions that. It becomes trial and error and oh so many errors in all those trials. Took me an hour to figure it out.

I got this as a gift, I am about ready to throw this whole thing away.  It should not be this hard to attach a wristband.  I have been on you tube and all the other instructional sites, still can not attach this band. Help

Ive been trying all day to install bands on a Versa.  Ive looked at your website and countless videos and cant get even 1 of them to latch on.  I feel like I just wasted a lot of money on an expensive paperweight.  Never had this much trouble with a product in my entire life.  This is one of the most poorly designed pieces Ive ever seen

Just bought this today. Went to change to the large band and it’s impossible. This the most ridiculous thing. I’m returning it ASAP.

I just brought mine home and have broken two nails trying to change the band. Why on earth would they design it in such a way? Who tested this and decided it was fine? Unbelievable. I’m considering returning it over this alone.

I can’t believe they haven’t improved that yet. I finally got my put
together. Buckle part on wrong end but it works perfect! And I love my
watch.
And yes why they haven’t improved the wrist band is crazy.

These bands are IMPOSSIBLE to put back on. I switched it out for a nonfitbit branded band and it fits so much nicer! But when i try to put back on the original I'm doing nothing but hurting my fingers and getting frustrated.

I posted on that several years ago. 😊. It has not been improved I guess.
I finally got mine on but don’t think I would do it again. Love my Fitbit
but not sure the hassle is worth it.
