How do I record sleep details on my Fitbit Versa when I take an afternoon nap?

A few ways @Kevinh5047 if the nap us longer than an hour the sleep should be detected, but less than 3 hours you won't see sleep stages.
Under the sleep screen on the web in the top right corner there is a "+" sign.
From here you can start sleep now.
In the same place you will see an add sleep log, which would be used after waking up.
