Hello -
I am trying to connect my new Versa (I literally just got it today) to my Galaxy 6s Edge and for the life of me it says it syncs but the actual watch will not go past the intro screen with the different languages scrolling to tell me to download the app (which I did).
How do I actually see the clock and my stuff on the watch? I have followed all the instructions!

I appreciate you have brought this to my attention. Please note that many Android phones, like the Samsung Galaxy 6S Edge have all the hardware requirements to be a supported device but are currently not on our list of supported devices. This means that we have not tested it for compatibility and added it to the list yet. Nevertheless, as you have already downloaded the Fitbit app in your phone, I would like to ask you to try the following steps:
