Language reseting often

So, I live in Japan but I'm English (from the U.K) and therefore from the dashboard choose England (U.K-English) as my country and language preference. My location, however, I set to Tokyo.

Around once a day for no apparent reason, my Versa reverts back to Japanese. Every time it happens, I have to go into the online dashboard and change the language, save and then resync from my iPhone app. I mean, it's not a huge deal-breaker but it's annoying, especially when it's happening once/twice a day.

Any insight on this or advice?

Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary. Set it correctly, sync,etc. first.

Anyhow, the steps you suggested were what I have always done from the start in regards to setting the. language and saving.
