How do you turn off quick view on the Versa? My Blaze had the option to turn off but I can’t find any info on how to turn it off in Versa.

Great to see you around @sourpatch35.

I am glad to see here that you were able to find where you can disable the quick view option. For more information about the Versa, you can take a look at the manual and if you need anything else, do not hesitate to post it.

Keep the stepping up. Smiley Happy

Hey @Jewel999, a warm welcome to the Community.

To turn off the quick view option, you just need to do the following from your Versa:

  • On your watch, press and hold the back button, then swipe to the quick settings screen > Screen Wake > Manual.

Let me know if you need anything else. Robot Happy

What is the difference between the screenwake on the Versa it’s self and the quickview button on the app?

Thank you

There is no difference. The Screenwake on the watch means that you don't have to open the app just to change the setting. This is a great idea so that you can easily turn off the quick view during the night.

Sorry are you able to provide instructions on how to exit from quick settings screens. Top button on right brings up music, pay etc. Other buttons do nothing. Frustrating not being able to get to the watch!

Hello @Di_Di and a warm welcome.  So sorry you are frustrated.  There was a firmware upgrade since this thread was started.  I wear a Versa 2.  I believe your Versa works the same way.  If you swipe down on your watch face, a shortcut link is at the top and disappears in about two seconds.  Tap on the toggle s and it should take you to the shortcuts that were on the left button.  Tap on the image of a watch.
