I have my settings changed on my app and I'm still getting notifications on my watch. I tried and it worked for a short time logging out of my app then restarting both my phone and my watch but now I'm getting them again and I don't want them anymore. Could somebody please help me stop these notifications.

Accepted Solutions

Hi Sarah, try the following:

1. Deinstall the Fitbit app on your phone

2. Do not delete or unpair your Versa

3. Restart your phone

4. Reinstall Fitbit app without enabling BT or switch it off when it's automatically enabled

5. Disable all notifications you do not want anymore again.

6. Restart your Versa

7. In the Fitbit app, start syncing with your Versa and let Fitbit find your watch

8. When it has done that, it probaby will say something like "BT is not enabled, do you want BT to be enabled" or the like and press OK.

See if that solves your problems, regards kuzibri
