I just purchased the Versa and I can’t get text messages to show on the watch. The watch vibrates when a text comes through but when I hold the top right buttoned swipe down it says”you’re all caught up” does anyone have any suggestions?

@Badbetty333, I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for letting us know about this situation. As @NellyG mentioned, having the exact model of phone you're using will be very helpful for us to check this further.
Additionally, note that if you open the conversation in your phone after the Notification has arrived to your Versa, the Notification will automatically be removed from the watch. This is intended and prevent your watch from getting clogged with Notifications.
