How do you return versa 2 during covid-19

I've been a loyal fitbit owner for over 5 years.  2 weeks ago I bought a versa 2. My surge band broke and when I tried to replace the band I broke it  even more, so it was time for a new one. Since I've recieved the versa on may 25 it has been nothing but issues. During my exercises it rarely records the right GPS information. Either the route is all over the map or it short my distance so I can't get in a proper run. This is very frustrating because I have no idea if I'm improving at all.

I first tried to fix the issue myself by going on the community boards and I tried everything I could find. No go.

I was luck and managed to chat to a customer service representative before they shut it down and they walked me through some steps to try and fix the issue but nothing worked.

At this point I would like to just send the versa 2 back. Right now however it customer service is down? How do I go about sending the versa 2 back?
