How to Display Resting Heart Rate on Versa

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

On 01/19/2019 I did the versa software update.

Now I cannot find Resting Heart Rate on any of the screen displays.

How do I get it to display?

Thanks

Which firmware version are you on?

I assume you are talking display on the tracker, rather than on the app. Right?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

This week my Versa said a software update was available - it might have
been to 3.01?? Whatever is the latest.

Yes I am talking about resting heart rate display on the Versa watch, not
the phone app. Heart rate displays saying what level it is in (as Fat Burn)
but I don't find resting heart rate anywhere.
Thanks

Hi, in the new Today screen on your Versa, your resting HR will be shown directly underneath the actual HR. Mine says now: HR 61 and resting HR 59. Sometimes, certainly when you are way our of reach of the resting HR, it will not display the resting HR, but only the actual one. Once you're in range of your resting HR again, it will be displayed.

Example: just had a workout and an actual HR of 96 when stopping. No resting HR was displayed. After a few minutes of rest, my HR went down 62 again and resting HR was displayed. So, I assume the range will be somewhere around 10% of the resting HR.
