After trying to set up fitpay I realized it doesn't support my bank. Now I can't get rid of the security pin. Only minor but it's quite irritating!

Hey @Time.to.get.fit, welcome aboard! Here you can find the list of banks supported by Fitbit pay. If your bank isn't listed there, check back soon. Don't you worry 'cause our team is working with more issuing banks to support Fitbit Pay.
Note that some cards from participating banks might not be supported in Fitbit Pay. Contact your bank or issuer for more information.

There is no device lock on a Versa.

Welcome to the Community @JohnGriffy! So if you try to unlock your Versa from your phone, there is no "Device lock" option? This sounds very weird. If this is the case, I suggest you to try something else,
please remove the credit cards from the Wallet section of the app. This allowed the PIN reset feature to work correctly. Then start the FitBit Pay setup process again to add the cards back into the wallet. Finally make sure you shutdown the watch before trying to swap out the watch bands.

To remove the pin you need to:
1.go to your Versa device settings in the phone app
2. scroll down and there is device lock
3.Select the option you want: remove pin or change pin

Hello, I do not have a device lock feature on my Versa either and when I go into the wallet then it doesn't show that a credit card is loaded even loaded so there is nothing to delete. If I then try to load a credit card I get told that my bank is not approved but won't accept the card and it still won't remove the security and it is driving me crazy. What do I do?

I was interested in the wallet feature on my fitbit Versa and ignorantly entered a pin number, only to discover my bank is not supported. Now every time I touch my watch it wants the pin number!!! it's so annoying. I have looked at the Device Lock and it says 'enabled' every time I open it there is a question about setting up my fingerprint which I'm scared to use in case I make it worse. There is no remove pin option, any help appreciated.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. At this moment, I would like to suggest you to set up your fingerprint when tapping on "Device Lock". After the fingerprint has been set up you will get the option to keep the pin at all times or change it to "Fitbit Pay only". As you don't use Fitbit Pay, the Versa will not ask you to enter your pin when using it normally.
Give these steps a try and let us know how it goes!

I try all the solutions to reset the stupid pin in this lousy watch but nothing work any other solution before brake this watch. Or have any master code pin to have an option. I can’t set up as a new cos it’s lock. I think better option is to break it

I dont have the option to remove the pin, I can only change it. I do not have a card in the wallet so I want to remove the pin. I started the process but when I noticed my bank was not available I quit but now I am stuck with a pin when I pull down on the watch to view my notifications

Suggestion for Fitbit: you app is not user friendly at all! There should be a an easy way to remove the pin when you cant complete the addition of a card in the wallet
