Versa 2 started vibrating during the night

I am new to fitbit versa 2, just asking i wore the watch last night and am sure it was vibrating during the night. i am assuming it had something to do with my heart rate but cannot find it anywhere to see if there is a graph to see where i can see this please.

To make sense of that, I think you would have to look at it when it is vibrating to see if there is a message on your screen.  It could be that you were getting a text message or something like that, or maybe you inadvertently had an alarm set to go off during the night.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
