I carelessly entered the PIN incorrectly without realising it when I was changing the wrist strap and now the Vesra is locked and it is telling me it needs me to unlock it with my phone. The PIN reset section on the Fitbit app is greyed out though and it seems I now need to have a google wallet in order to do this but I have an iPhone so this isn't an option. The iPhone can still see the Versa over bluetooth, it just can't unlock it. Is there a way of manually doing factory reset using the buttons at all? I've tried various combinations but nothing is working. Or do I just need to buy borrow an Android phone to do this!!!
Thanks for any advice.
