I run stairs and strength training sets going up the stairs at the football stadium for 90 minutes. What is the best exercise option to track my workout accurately?

Hi, @Laladwilson! I would just suggest tracking it as a generic "workout." If you like, you can rename it after the fact.

Nope, not really! If you wanted to see your elevation as part of the workout, you could use walk, hike, or run and that would give you flights as data. Otherwise, you'll just see them as part of your daily statistics.
