I have an iPhone 7 and a Fitbit Versa.   My weather app won’t update, but all my other settings and apps seem fine.   My location settings are on, etc, etc. Any ideas?   I’m about to pull my hair out.

Hi, in your Fitbit app on your mobile device, tap the watch icon on top of the screen in your dashboard. You will see the page with the Clock and Apps tiles. Press on apps and go to my apps. Scroll down to the weather app. Right next to it, you will see the settings icon, press that and see what it displays. It should show you two items: 1. Temperature Unit, in which you can set it to Celsius of Fahrenheit and

2. List of cities.

Does it show there your Current Location? If yes, then cause the weather is not updating: press add city and enter the exact location where you are as if it were your current location, e.g. London UK. Once the city is added to your list, restart your phone and your Versa and sync them manually.

Thanks. I’ve done this, but will try it again. My weather app updated in December when I first set it up, but then I didn’t wear it again until 2 days ago when I recharged it. Weather still displays data from when I originally set it up. I will do what you suggested, tho. Thank you!
