Hello!
Can`t find information about updating firmware on Fitbit app on the phone.
Can anyone please help with detailed (steep by step) info on how to update it?

Hello @Ivan_K and welcome to the Help forums. Fitbit rolls out firmware progressively. You will get a notice in the Fitbit app when an update is available for you. A few months ago, my husband started using my Ionic which I wasn't using. The firmware was seven updates out of date. He got a firmware notice the next day that got him part of the way to current. He got the other update about a week later.
You can't force it. It will be released to you.

Actually my problem is when I try to install some of clock faces in Fitbit App, there`s a discleimer: "Make sure you app on the phone and your Fitbit device is up to date" and these clock faces are unable to be installed. That is why I thought that I don`t have last version of the App.
Can`t understand what should I do...

@Ivan_K From my experience helping users, you are getting this message because you don't have the current firmware on your device. You can find the current firmware for every device here. Do you have the current firmware for your Versa? Just checking, Versa or Versa 2 and how long has this device been on your account?

Yes, probably you are right. As I see now, my viersin of the devise`s firmware is the oldest.
Do you know how to update it& do i have to connect the device to PC and have a special app fotit on PC?

Do you have a banner on your Versa settings page of the Fitbit app on the phone?
