Hey, I've been having a lot of issues with syncing and connecting my fitbit with my new Huawei.
I got the Fitbit at Christmas, which initially connected and sync'd fine and automatically with my Samsung Galaxy. I've since changed phone to a Huawei and they seem to be strongly disagreeing.
The watch is rarely connecting despite much uninstalling/reinstalling/reconnecting, which is leading to it never syncing.
Is this a known issue? Please tell me there's a workaround!

Hi @jmcmanus1993 , unfortunately your Huawei P Smart is not in the list of by Fitbit supported devices yet. This may explain you problems. Meanwhile, when you want to sync your Versa with your phone and have a Windows 10 PC or iMac, install the Fitbit app on your PC and add your Mobile Device to the BT devices of your Windows 10 PC. When that is done go to www.fitbit.com/consent and you will see the Fitbit dashboard on your PC. Good luck and regards kuzibri

Thanks for the speedy reply
Do you have any idea how likely it is that a Huawei would be added? Are other Huawei's supported devices?
I'll have a go at linking it with my desktop, thanks.
Could you just confirm what you mean by 'BT Devices' please?

Hi @jmcmanus1993 , BT devices are Bluetooth devices. Regarding the list of supported devices see this: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/nl_NL/Help_article/2315. Regards kuzibri
