The Huwawei P20 lite is on the list of compatible devices but will only sync with Versa when I delete the device and pair I ce again, and this only last for a few minutes and won't sync unless I unpair again. Tried all the troubleshooting tips and set up the settings according Fitbit's website. How do I do this else the Versa 2 is of no use to me? I regret buying the product and no see so many complaints about syncing issues. Can you help to sort this once and for all please!
