Versa 4, all notifications for Pandora are turned off. I keep getting a notification on my phone every time a song changes. How do I stop these if not from the Pandora app?

@BlueDogBlue You wrote that you use a Versa 4 (twice), but you added a Versa 2 label. What model do you use? The Versa 2 has a generic music player to control music playing on your phone. The Versa 4 doesn’t.

Hi there, @BlueDogBlue. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that you are still getting notifications on you Fitbit device. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!
As a first approach, please keep in mind that if you're still getting notifications from Pandora it might be due to the notifications were not turned off properly.
Disabling the 'Music Player' notification on the screen will remove the Pandora controls from the notification area as well as the lock screen. Try this instead:
- Tap the 'Music Player' section (not the toggle, but the words)
- Enable 'show notifications'
- Choose 'Alert' (instead of Silent)
- Disable 'Show as pop-up'
- For 'Sound' choose Silent
- Turn off 'Vibrate' 'Blink light' and 'App icon badges'
- 'Lock screen' set to Show content
Once you've done the above, please restart your Fitbit device and your phone. To restart your Fitbit device, see How do I restart my Fitbit device?
