I'm getting "Not connected" error on my Versa screen

Hello!

 

I just got a new Versa as a present for my bday today, and I’m having some major problems!

1-Does this one allow you to receive calls and reply to text messages? Bc I’m not seeing them on my screen OR able to answer either text or calls. I could see text/calls from my Charge2! *I already turned on notifications in the app, synced, force closed, tried again and still no notifications or ability to answer. 

 

2-I can’t use any of the apps that require logging in; ie Uber, Walgreens. I keep getting an error code. I’ll attach a picture to this message to show an error message from the uber app. The others are similar. I have already turned on my WiFi through the Fitbit app and synced. 

 

Please help! I really want to use my new gift, and wondering if I should’ve gotten the Ionic instead?  Thank you so much for your help!!

Hey @MishiRN, welcome to the Community! Are you getting this message when you want to review your notifications or is it all the time on your screen? Have you already completed the set up process? If you haven't, as @SunsetRunner said, I'd like you to let us know which phone model are you using and if it is compatible.
