I'm having problems transferring my music onto Versa.

I'm having a few problems putting music onto my Fitbit Versa, (I am using a PC to sync it)... First of all, a lot of the songs I am wanting to put on are coming up with a red triangle on right side and I'm not sure why/ what is different about these particular songs. And then everytime I sync it all my other music is removed and wants to be synced again to put back on which obviously is taking a lot of time. But then when it is trying to sync the music that has previously been on my Versa it is coming up with the red triangles again and won't go back on it.

If anyone has any idea what is going on or is having similar problems please let me know 🙂

Hello @lee957, I hope you're doing well, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community. Smiley Happy

Thanks for bringing this to my attention, I'm sorry your Versa is currently having trouble syncing your personal music. Tell me, are you using the Fitbit app or another app like iTunes to transfer your music? Since when have you experienced this issue? Would it be possible for you to send me a screenshot of what you're able to see so I can check this further? That will be very helpful.

In the meantime, please check @ErickFitbit's excellent post with troubleshooting steps that have been proven to be very helpful for many people facing the same situation.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, I'll be waiting for your reply.

I am having the same problem.  Most of my music I am trying to transfer has the red triangle, or most recently, the transfer gets stuck on one song and wont move forward.  I am also having issues where I only have 2 songs on my versa, and itll tell me that my memory is full (ive already removed pandora since I knew I had alot of songs to transfer). Its starting to get beyond frustrating.  I went from having over 200+ songs this morning, and when I went to try to put more on, I now only have 30+.  Theres gotta be an easier way to do this!!

So what ive found is that you have to get all the songs you want and set
them to the side, dont try to add to a pre existing playlist. Drag and drop
all the songs (make sure you have all the songs you want cause theres no
going back!) Then synce. Once the songs are synced, shouldnt be any red
triangles.

Make sure all the songs synce, then create the playlist. On the watch, it
will say creating playlist IN RED (i was mistaking this as it wasnt
working) let it create the playlist.

Once the playlist is done, youll either have all the songs, some of the
songs r two songs and the rest didnt synce.. Its a nightmare trying to add
music to these godforsaken devices, but once you get a successful playlist
made with alot of songs dont mess with it. Just create another one..

I just tried to add an Apple Music playlist (not having read this thread yet). I’m not subscribing to yet another music service just to have music on my versa when I already pay apple and XM. When I tried to transfer I got the dreaded red triangles but was told the songs were DRM’d.
