I received my Versa 2 about a week ago. It came almost fully charged so I didn't try changing it until it was around 20% battery. It won't charge, even after buying a new charger for it and leaving it plugged in for hours. I cleaned the contracts on the back of the Fitbit and the charger and that didn't help. I am having trouble with the return tool as it says it doesn't recognize my order number. I need help returning the device so I can order a new one.

Hi @C.talbot if you got it directly from Fitbit, you'll need to get with them.
when there is someone available, chat is an option. Phone or Twitter works well, too.
