I need some help, My brand new versa wont connect

Hello,

I've been trying to set up my versa for an hour now. My wifi signal in my house is strong (according to all cell phones, and laptops in the house) for some reason my versa refuses to connect and say unable to or cannot find signal. I started using Bluetooth to do the update. There is a blue bar that is covering about 25% of my versa screen (I'm assuming that's the versa progression on the update?) Will I be able to connect after (if) this update finishes?

 

I have an iPhone... do I need to update the iPhone to help with issue? I've updated the app recently.

Sometimes the update takes a while.

 

If it doesn't go through the do a restart and try again

Do it at least 3 times.
