Hi, in the Dashboard of your Fitbit app, press the watch icon on top of the screen on the right side, this will bring you to the page where the Clock Faces tile is shown, press that and you'll see "My clock" and "All clocks" . In  my clock the name of your current clock should be present.

BTW: the default Clock Face for the Versa is called "Layers" and for the Versa Special Edition it is "Light".

Hi, would you be so kind to send me the name of your watch face (Clock Faces - press it - you see My clock and the name of it? Meanwhile you can try to restart your Versa several times by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons untill the Fitbit logo appears and release the buttons. Maybe that will solve your problem.

Hi @Souxsue. When you look to see the name of the clock face, please also check to see if it was developed by someone other than Fitbit. If this is the case, you should see a link to contact the developer. They may be able to help.

Thanks so much - found the right place for the clock faces!!!  It's called March Blossom and has a different developer - will try and find out more.

Again thanks for your assistance.

Kind Regards
Sue

Hi, March Blossom is indeed a Third Party clock Face and not one by Fitbit itself. If you problems still persists, despite restarting etc, you can contact the Developer (Press Clock Faces - All Clocks - Press the search icon on top of the screen on the right side and press on the left in the search bar and type March Blossom and click it. On the page that will be opened , you will see the name of the developer,  e.g. Eduard Gridan and directly under his name a link that let's you contact the developer.
