I'm wondering when will Versa owners get a firmware update that corrects the inaccurate heart rate problem on the watch? It also looks like the Ionic has the problem too. I don't want a Fitbit representative to tell me to wear it tighter or higher up on my wrist. I've had a Charge2 and the heart rate was fine on it. Given the time involved since the watch's introduction to market, it is looking more and more like the problem is the actual hardware of the watch rather than the software. If that is the case, Fitbit would do well to face up to the problem and develop a public relations mitigation effort on that.

What type of inaccuracy do you see? (over or under). I'm wondering because I've found mine to be fairly accurate when compared to other devices and when I take it manually (at least at rest, haven't tried it during exercise)
