Inaccurate calorie count-Versa

I do not wear my Versa to sleep at night and the next day when I check my Versa,it say's 650 calories even if I haven't worn it that day. Why is this happening??

@VD2 That is what Fitbit calculates to be your BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate) which is what your body burns just to keep you alive such as heart pumping, breathing, etc.  the number you a seeing is what it calculated from midnight until when you looked at it.
