Fitbit Versa ---I did 26,000 steps and the calories burned were 387.  Another time I ran 7 miles and the calories burned showed 1007, and then after I drove home I was at 560 calories burned.  My fitbit is 2 years old and this just started happening.  I exercise 6 days a week and generally burn 2100 calories a day total.  My heart beat shows I'm at about 123 during my runs which seems correct.  I've tried letting the battery die for a solid restart, I'm tried resetting it, not sure what else to do.  I just finished exercising and my calorie burn for the day was at 1000, I put the versa on the charger and the calories changed to 567.  Something is not right!

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @King9560. Sorry for the delayed response.

I regret to hear that your calories burned readings have not been accurately lately. Thank you for the information provided and for trying to get this issue resolved before contacting us. Please make sure that your personal information is correct on your Fitbit account. You can go online to fitbit.com > Settings > Personal info.

If this doesn't help, you can perform a factory reset to your Fitbit Versa by following the next steps, but keep in mind that apps, stored data, personal information, credit and debit cards, and saved settings will be deleted from the device:

On your device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset orClear User Data.

If you have any question, please don't hesitate to contact us back.
