I'm having issues. Looks like my HR went away for a few hours. I don't know why but it's saying my calories burned for the entire day are what I know my BMR to be. And I've walked nearly 12,000 steps today and it's saying no active minutes (even though it counted today as an active day). It's so weird.
Also, not today, BUT I run an 8 minute mile and it says my cardio score is average. Is it just a settings issue? Everything looks to be set correctly. Except for my hr disappearing for a while.

@T_Rock Fitbit needs hr measurements to estimate your calorie burn. No hr, no active calories. Just in case, please go to Settings app on your Versa (swiping left), tap it and scroll down to heart rate. Please toggle it ON and OFF with a reboot of versa in between. You can reboot your tracker by pressing and holding the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo flashes. Also, make sure the sensor lights are flashing, you're wearing Versa's band tight enough, and that Versa's battery is not critically low (anything between below 10-15) as the sensor may turn off automatically. I recommend toggling the heart rate settings ON/OFF, rebooting and placing on charger.
Re cardio score, Fitbit needs to accumulate hr data for this. You need reliable measurements of your resting HR and active HR. The score prediction will improve with time as you're feeding your Fitbit more HR data.
