Hi @yrserve , are you using a Third Party clock Face? If yes, change it to one developed by Fitbit itself and restart your Versa and the rpoblem should be solved. Regards kuzibri

Since it is off exactly 2 hours, your time zone setting is probably incorrect. Go to Fitbit.com and click on the gear icon at the upper right and then Settings. Scroll down to Time zone and set it correctly. Then scroll on down and click on Submit and then sync your tracker.

No 3rd party. Cannot reset. Screne stays on a red X and ask me to sync. Watch wont move from this screne

The watch reset to right time. Then...it went to a screne with a red X and ask me to sync watch will move from this screne. I've tried everything
