I’ve had my Versa 2 for 5 days and have been enjoying it so far. However, this afternoon it stopped counting my steps. I’ve tried
Every now and then it will count another 10 steps approx, then stop again. I’d prefer not to do a factory reset as I’d lose the data I’ve built up so far.
Is anyone else having this issue? I’m on software version 35.716.19. I wonder if it’s a software bug or if I’ve got a dud and should return it to store sooner rather than later.

Edit: I’ve just been for a long, brisk walk and my Fitbit seems to be tracking properly again. I’ll keep an eye on it 🙂
