Interval Workout TCX File help

I recently did a running working out using the interval workout on my Versa 2 with gps enabled. I am syncing all my runs with my strava account as well, but the interval workout did not sync. I then tried downloading it as a TCX File on my computer to upload it to strava manually, but got a message there was an error in uploading it to a TCX file. I then tried on my phone and was able to download it as a TCX file, but then when I tried to load it to Strava it said it was unable to recognize this file. Has anyone experienced similar issues with Interval TCX files? Any solutions?
