Best AnswerHi
Go to your account settings from your dashboard.
Select your device
Scroll down to 'Exercise Shortcuts'
If you already have 'Interval Workout' as a listed exercise, just select it
This will take you to options to change your 'move' time and 'rest' time. You can also adjust 'repeat' times
I hope this helps.

I have followed all the steps listed for changing work/rest times and repeats for interval training. I am able to change them all but then they automatically return to the original 30 sec intervals. I've tried everything I can think of to get the times to save/change. HELP.
I’m experiencing this issue also.
I’ve changed my interval settings in the app and on my online Fitbit account to 1 min move and 30 secs rest but every time it syncs it keeps defaulting to 1 min move and 10 secs rest.
Best AnswerWhoever has this problem this is the only way to fix. I’m glad you suggested because I was going mental trying insert my own intervals. Thanks for sharing .
Best AnswerHi all, I have a new Charge 4 with updated firmware. I love it, but - I cannot change the Interval settings. I have tried all the Forum advice, save it, but it keeps going back to the old setting. Starting to wonder if it’s buggy. Please advise.
Best AnswerLate update... I just noticed that if I log onto Fitbit via the website, go to my account's Dashboard, there's a spot to edit the interval training there. It's a bit hard to find:
• Go to round gear icon in top right corner
• Drop-down menu appears: Select your Fitbit device (in my case Charge 4)
• Scroll down to 'Interval Workout', click on down arrow
• there you can enter your interval settings (the funny thing about that is those settings are different than what I had set up in my Charge 4, very strange)
• I then went to Sync my Charge 4 via the Fitbit app on my iPhone. It says it synched, but now my Charge 4 is not reacting -- won't select Exercise. Hmm.... this might be a bug. Don't know if I have to restart my Charge 4. I will report back and tell you if it works.
C'mon Fitbit, you can do better.
