I know I’m not the only one upset, disappointed and a little mad over the fact that Fitbit is still showing the Versa as waterproof. Clearly it’s not. Two times swimming the piece of garbage stops working. And nothing I can do because I’m 4 months past warranty date. I was offered 25% discount on a new one. Why would I purchase another??
Long story short I am spreading far and wide to tell people to not waste their money on this devise.

Hi @SheJ71 I am sorry you have had a problem, but just an alternate view - mine is swum in and showered in every day and hasnt missed a beat. The warranty is for a year in most places and if it failed after this time, then that is sad, but you can hardly expect the warranty to still be in place when the warranty document says it isnt

As far as I am aware Fitbitbhave never claimed waterproof for any of their trackers. It is water resistant to 50m
