Sorry, the glass can't be replaced on these devices. You didn't say which one, but the answer is the same for all of them.

Note that as @Odyssey13 mentioned, the glass can't be replaced on a Fitbit device. I sincerely apologize for the inconveniences this situation has caused you, please remember that every Fitbit device comes with a limited product warranty.
