I am SO angry with Fitbit right now. They have charged me for my versa and now tell me 3-8 weeks for delivery. They have my money and i have no watch. I ordered it and a leather band for it on March 13 thru my paypal and they did something wrong, couldn’t put it through, so I ended up putting it thru on my CC . Now they are telling me it will be weeks when the people i know who ordered it AFTER me have theirs . So basically they have my money. I have nothing. So ANGRY

Hope you can help me @CarlosCFitbit - I am having a similar issue. I ordered mine weeks ago and due to the delay cancelled and ordered from Amazon on advice of another poster. However, Amazon have now told me it will be delayed until 11th May! So, I might cancel that order and order again from Fitbit, but only if there is a chance I will actually get this product in the next couple of weeks. If not, I'll cancel and get a Garmin instead. Can you help?

Well ... i did receive my Versa ..finally after a lot of complaining (might add that the moderator here is the person who helped me) . I must say I LOVE IT . Worth the wait my friend. And I do see the wait time is only 1 week now.

When i was talking to Fitbit and I did also talk to someone on twitter it felt like it was the ‘party line’ but no one truly knew what what happening with my order. I think that was further proven when my watch showed up 6 days later. My advice... keep at it. They shouldn’t offer pre-orders if they aren’t going to fill them first. Orders should be fillied in the order they are are received.
