Hi, there will be always Third Party Companies that offer these kind of watches is cheap as this one. The only problem most of the times is the warranty if you have troubles with it. If it is to be trusted, you will need to have a good look at there conditions about warranty, etc. If you do not trust that, do not buy it there. I bought my Versa by a Dutch company online with no problems at all. But the discount was far lower than this one. Trust on your guts.
