Issue Tracking Sleep

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I’ve had my versa for about 2 weeks now. Sleep was tracking fine the first few days, now for the past three days it has not given me the REM and Deep sleep graph. It only gives me awake, restless, and asleep. Half of the reason why’d I got a fitbit was to track sleep and track my workouts. I’ve already moved my watch to different tightness and positions on my wrist. Can someone please help- thanks!

Is your heart rate tracking working? I ask as there is an ongoing issue with the versa where heart rate is not being tracked and if there's no heart rate tracking then it cannot calculate sleep stages.

Have a look at the following thread which discusses this issue and has updates from fitbit:

If this may the problem then the recommended action is to restart your tracker: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186/

Is the heart rate tracker the same thing as BPM? On my home screen on my watch it tells me my BPM but I'm not sure if that is the same thing.

Yes, BPM (beats per minute) is your heart rate so it sounds like this is not the issue here.

Do you know why it is recording my sleep differently? I want to see the REM graph not the one it is showing me with straight lines.
